What to expect

During your first visit, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for new patient paperwork. Dr. Dilley and his team has set aside 45 minutes to an hour specifically for you to ensure that you receive the proper care that you deserve. During your appointment, we will review your medical and dental history as well as take a full set of digital x-rays. Your dentist and hygienist will work together to provide you exceptional care and service given the appointment you are scheduled for. They will also determine if there is any existing dental work that needs to be addressed and if additional treatment is necessary, a plan will be developed and thoroughly reviewed with you.

 

Financial

Dr. Dilley is an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier. If you are with an insurance company that allows you to choose your provider, we will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Our staff will do everything possible to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are: cash, check and all major credit cards. Cancellation

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. We ask for this notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without a reasonable notice.
